
Dr. Bahar Ossareh - Guitar
Bahar Ossareh, an Iranian-Canadian classical guitarist, is known for her warm tone, expressive artistry, and distinctive cross-cultural approach to music. Her performances span a wide range of styles and regions, from Persian and Middle Eastern sounds to European and Latin American traditions. She has appeared across Canada as a soloist and chamber musician, collaborating with prominent musical organizations and performing in major national and international festivals. Her work reflects both artistic sensitivity and intellectual depth, offering audiences programs that are as thoughtful as they are engaging.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, including her time as an assistant teacher at the University of Toronto, Bahar is equally devoted to education. She has mentored students of various levels and backgrounds, emphasizing both technical mastery and artistic development in her approach.
Her debut solo album, Variations (2025), explores the art of transformation in music through diverse styles and traditions, including her own original composition Navaee, Variations on a Persian Folksong. This project, supported by the Ontario Arts Council, presents an evocative journey through melody, structure, and emotion. Bahar holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Music in Classical Guitar Performance from the University of Art in Tehran. Her academic excellence has been recognized through multiple graduate fellowships and awards. With her artistic versatility, teaching dedication, and commitment to cultural exchange, she continues to be an influential figure in the classical guitar community.

Saba Marabadi - Violin
I am a passionate and versatile performer with a strong foundation in classical music and a love for exploring a wide range of musical genres, including Persian, ethnic, and jazz styles. I graduated from the Claude Watson Arts Program at Earl Haig Secondary School and received my Associate Diploma (ARCT) from the Royal Conservatory of Music in 2020.
Currently, I am a member of Orchestra Toronto and have also performed with the Canadian Golha Orchestra. From 2016 to 2022, I had the privilege of serving as concertmaster with the Sarv Strings Orchestra. My orchestral experience has taken me across Toronto’s diverse music scene, where I have participated in numerous performances and outreach concerts designed to make music more accessible to the community. As a violin soloist, I was awarded gold at the Unionville Music Competition in both 2017 and 2018.
In addition to performing, I am a dedicated violin teacher, committed to nurturing the technical and musical growth of my students. I bring my wide-ranging performance background into my teaching, encouraging creativity, discipline, and a deep appreciation for music in all its forms.
Whether on stage or in the studio, I am driven by the belief that music is a beautiful gift meant to be shared, and I strive to connect with others through my artistry.

Babak Naseri - Piano - Music Theory, Harmony, Music History
Babak Naseri embarked on his musical path at the age of six in Iran, studying piano under the mentorship of the eminent Maestro Pourtorab. Demonstrating remarkable aptitude and interpretive depth from an early age, he soon earned distinction as a prodigious young performer. This early recognition led him to join the Junior Orchestra of the National Broadcasting of Iran during his teenage years, where he cultivated refined musicianship and a profound command of Western classical traditions.

He later advanced his studies in the United Kingdom and Canada. With the knowledge gained in post-graduate studies, he deepened his theoretical mastery and interpretive insight. He achieved a rare synthesis of Eastern and Western musical intellect. Renowned for his penetrating insight, artistic sophistication, and exceptional interpretive sensibility, Naseri’s artistry embodies the lyrical subtlety of Eastern music and the architectural rigor of Western classicism.
As a certified teacher affiliated with the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM), he has also trained capable students, integrating his scholarly depth and pedagogical expertise into next generation of students

His performances and compositions have been praised for their depth, eloquence, and transcendent cultural perspective, affirming his stature as a consummate musician of international distinction.

Beyond his personal artistry, Naseri has been an influential contributor to the Canadian musical landscape through collaborations with choirs, orchestras, and cultural institutions.​ His scholarly depth and creative leadership have enriched numerous artistic initiatives. Among them, Walk Together, Children—a distinguished concert in which his work Glance Through Khayyam was presented. The event prominent coverage in The WholeNote Magazine. His other compositions such as Scent of Nowruz, Busy Day Etude, and others reveal distinctive musical characters—fusing Eastern melodic and rhythmic idioms with Western harmonic language and formal design.
Through his mastery, erudition, and unwavering dedication, Babak Naseri continues to illuminate and bridge musical traditions, inspiring both audiences and the next generation of artists.

Paria Radfar - Piano
Paria started piano at the age of five and later continued her training in classical, jazz, and Persian piano .
She also studied with the distinguished master Anoushiravan Rohani.
Paria is the author of the two-volume series Melody (music education for children) and Little Pianists (a collection of children’s pieces for piano). With more than ten years of teaching experience, she has focused on working with children and adolescents, combining her pedagogical knowledge with her performance background.
