Music Theory, Harmony & History

At NPI, we offer Music Theory instruction from the fundamentals all the way up to advanced theory, harmony, and analysis. Our lessons are designed to help students build a strong understanding of musical structure, notation, and composition while developing analytical and creative thinking skills.

We provide thorough preparation for RCM Theory, Harmony, and History examinations, supporting students at every level of their academic and musical development.

In addition, Music History lessons are available for those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the background, style, and context of various musical periods and composers. These classes aim to enrich students’ appreciation of music and strengthen their overall musicianship.
Vocal
At NPI, we strive to provide professional Vocal instruction for students of all experience levels, from beginners discovering their voice to advanced singers refining their technique and performance skills. Our lessons focus on developing proper vocal technique, breath control, tone production, diction, and expression, while helping each student find and strengthen their unique voice.
